Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Return

Email us at support@comikan.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
