By using the Comikan website (comikan.store) and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

All products are printed on demand. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen. We do not guarantee exact colour matching.

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if fulfilment is not possible.

All designs on Comikan products are original artwork. Unauthorised reproduction or resale of our designs is prohibited.

Comikan is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
